The Brighter Leek #22

Welcome to the 22nd edition of The Brighter Leek.

In this edition we welcome our new game developer, Rod, to the team. Rod has already started working on his first quest, which will be a 6 ⭐️ quest in Crenopolis. This will replace the previously started 6 ⭐️ Crenopolis quest.

For those who like to get things in their diary early, the Halloween 2025 event will go live with the game update on Monday 27th October.

What we've been working on this fortnight.

Technical Team

Andrew (Bossy Leek) has been working on:

• Milestones - the 'milestone up' interface, improving past actions, the miner profession and weapon crafting.
• Training our new game developer, Rod.
• Recruiting for a second new game developer.

James B (Legendary Leek) has been working on:

• Milestones - improving the miner, merchant, leatherworker, woodcutter and carpenter professions.
• Preparing this Brighter Leek.
• Reading and replying to support requests and customer complaints.

Ian (Multipurpose Leek) has been working on:

• Mapping for the Mine of Mantuban 4 ⭐️ quest.

Content Team

Paul (Hairy Leek) has been working on:

• Milestones - new adjectives and descriptions.
• Coding for the Miner Minigame.
• Training our new game developer, Rod.

Daniel (Thin Leek) has been working on:

• Coding the Hopeforest 3 ⭐️ quest.

Steve (Lanky Leek) has been working on:

• Coding for the Mine of Mantuban 4 ⭐️ quest.
• Coding for the Blacksmith Minigame - Filtration Station.

Rod (Charred Leek) has been working on:

• Receiving new game developer training.
• Story planning for the Crenopolis 6 ⭐️ quest.

• Graphics for Milestones - additional chef and alchemist inventory icons.
